How does it work?

3. Delivery: If approved, your treatment is discreetly shipped to your doorstep, ensuring complete privacy.

Mandos partners with U.S.-licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure every treatment plan is safe and effective. Your health and privacy are our top priorities.

Do you offer one-time orders, or only subscriptions?

We give our customers the choice between a one-time order or a subscription. With a subscription you'll save up to 15% off the one-time order price, and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

What if I prefer regular pills?

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, our trusted doctors are here to help you get your meds, and the best part is our consultations are free, with a short health form–a 100% online process that takes minutes. It beats going to the doctor and then waiting in line at the pharmacy.

How does ED treatment work with Mandos?

Mandos offers a seamless telemedicine experience for ED treatment, allowing you to receive care without leaving your home. Here's how it works:

1. Online Visit: Complete a short questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history, and other relevant information. You'll also be asked to upload a photo ID to verify your identity (on first order only).

2. Professional Review: A licensed healthcare provider will review your information to determine if you're a suitable candidate for ED treatment.

3. Your order ships: If appropriate, the provider will craft a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Which medications are available through Mandos for ED?

Mandos provides access to oral medications known as phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which are considered a mainstay of ED treatment by the American Urological Association. The specific PDE5 inhibitors offered include:

Mandos Titan: Fast-acting 2-in-1 ED treatment dissolvable chew, is our proprietary blend with the same active ingredients in Viagra® & Cialis® (Sildenafil and Tadalafil).

Sildenafil: The same active ingredient in Viagra®, in generic form, at significantly lower cost than the brand name.

Tadalafil: With the same active ingredient in Cialis®, in generic form, at significantly lower cost than the brand name.

Tadalafil Daily: Once-a-day pill with same active ingredient in Cialis®, in generic form, at significantly lower cost than the brand name.

Each prescription is personalized to the individual patient, considering factors such as how quickly the medication starts working, how long it lasts, potential side effects, and more.

What's the difference between Mandos Titan and traditional ED pills?

Mandos Titan differs from traditional ED pills like generic Viagra® and Cialis® in several ways. While Viagra® (Sildenafil) and Cialis® (Tadalafil) are typically taken separately, Mandos Titan combines both active ingredients into a single sublingual dissoveable chew. This formulation allows for faster absorption, with effects starting in about 15 minutes on average, and provides a longer duration of action, lasting up to 36 hours. Traditional ED pills may take longer to work and have varying durations.

What medications are available for PE through Mandos?

Mandos provides effective treatments for PE with Sertraline.

Sertraline: A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) often prescribed off-label to help delay ejaculation. Sertraline is taken daily or as needed before sexual activity, based on your healthcare provider’s recommendation.

Is Sertraline effective for PE?

Yes, Sertraline has been shown to be an effective treatment for premature ejaculation. Clinical studies have demonstrated that SSRIs like Sertraline can significantly increase the time to ejaculation for many men. It’s typically taken daily, but some patients may benefit from taking it on an as-needed basis prior to sexual activity.

Results can vary from person to person, and your healthcare provider may adjust your treatment plan to optimize effectiveness.

How long does it take for PE treatment to work?

For medications like Sertraline, it may take a few weeks of consistent use to see the full benefits. Your healthcare provider will guide you on what to expect based on your specific treatment plan.

Currently, Mandos is only available to patients residing in the United States. We are exploring opportunities to expand our services internationally in the future.

Can I return my shipment?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Orders are shipped on weekdays; orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Do I need to be home to sign for my shipment?

For convenience, we don't require signatures for delivery, unless specified by our customer.

Where are you located?

Mandos is headquartered in Clarksville, Indiana. Our pharmacy, Curexa, has locations on both east and west coasts of the United States.  

How much does the online visit cost at Mandos?

Your online visit, including medical consultation, is always free.

How much does the medication cost?

The price of your treatment varies based on the type and quantity of medication or product you select. For detailed pricing information, please click here.

When will I be charged for my medication?

You will only be charged once a doctor or nurse practitioner has reviewed and approved your personalized treatment plan.

Is Mandos covered by insurance?

Currently, the services, products, and medications offered through Mandos are not covered by insurance. This may change when we add more products and services. Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter.

How do I pause my subscription or cancel my order?

You can easily pause or cancel your order by visiting our Contact Us page, or do it yourself by logging into your account. Then do the following:

Pause or cancel subscription: You can stop future orders from shipping automatically by pausing or cancelling your auto-refill before the ship date.

Delay shipping: You can change your automatic shipment date by delaying your auto-refill.

Cancel a processing order: If your order is currently processing, please contact us as soon as possible. Our support team will try to assist you promptly.

Cancel a shipped order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot accept returns. However, if you believe there's been an error in filling your prescription, please contact us. Our support team is happy to assist you.
